Founded by Adam Pike, a serial entrepreneur and executive coach who has built, scaled, and exited multiple mission-driven companies, Hanassi brings together a group of world-class coaches who share one passion: supporting people driven to make an impact on the world.

Our Founder's Journey

Adam's path to coaching began in the trenches of building companies. As CEO and co-founder of SuperCarers (acquired by Home Instead in 2020) and commercial leader at Accurx (backed by Local Globe, Atomico and Lakestar), he experienced first hand the unique challenges that come with scaling impact-driven businesses. From being a policy advisor in the UK Cabinet Office and Treasury to leading UK operations for an AR startup that sold to Snap, Adam's career has been defined by building something meaningful from nothing.

This isn't theoretical coaching, it is battle-tested wisdom from someone who has navigated every stage of the entrepreneurial journey, from the exhilarating highs to the inevitable moments of doubt.
