Our Founder's Journey

Adam's path to coaching is rooted in his experience building impact-driven companies. As CEO and co-founder of SuperCarers (acquired by Home Instead in 2020) and commercial leader at Accurx (backed by Local Globe, Atomico and Lakestar), he experienced first hand the unique challenges that come with scaling impact-driven businesses.
