About Us

Who do you turn to when the pressure’s high, the decisions are complex, and it’s all on you?

Hi, I’m Adam, an executive coach working with leaders of mission-driven companies, with a particular passion for healthcare. I have spent my career building and leading teams, including as CEO and Co-founder of SuperCarers (sold to Home Instead in 2020) and most recently as the commercial leader for Accurx, backed by Local Globe, Atomico and Lakestar.

​​Previously, I worked in finance, strategy and operations consulting, as a policy advisor in the Cabinet Office and Treasury, led the UK operations for an augmented reality start-up that sold to Snap, and cofounded and chaired social enterprise BeyondMe.Org, backed by NESTA, City of London and Pears Foundation.
 
My path has been full of ups, downs, twists and turns, and I draw on all of these experiences to get the best out of founders and leadership teams on a steep learning curve.
 
My style is to listen, be curious and thought-provoking, and use my commercial, leadership and industry experience to challenge the people I work with to make clear decisions, helping them to improve their leadership and impact on their company and key relationships.
